📦 Refund & Return Policy
At DigiFab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔁 Return Eligibility:
You can request a return within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
The return request will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery under any circumstances.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Tags, labels, and hygiene seals must NOT be broken or removed. Products without tags will not be eligible for return.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted for return or refund.
🚚 How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at digifab2025@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video or photos (if applicable).
Our team will verify your request and approve eligible returns.
Once approved, you must ship the product back to the address provided within 3 working days.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless the item was defective/damaged upon delivery).
💸 Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. We will request your bank details during the process.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Used or washed items
Items without original tags or packaging
Customized or discounted items (if mentioned as final sale)
📌 Note:
Return requests beyond 24 hours from delivery time will not be entertained.
We reserve the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet our return policy conditions.
